Contact with the host prior to our trip was very positive with our request. The house is very soundproof, which was nice with 3 full bedrooms of people present. Stayed for a family member graduation and the house more than accommodated the number of people present. The croquet game was enjoyed in the spacious backyard when it was not raining and cornhole was enjoyed in the garage when it was raining. Our only issue was the second morning, the toilet tank in the master suite was not filling up. Our host husband came over shortly after we called. Being a holiday weekend and no plumbers available, a Plan B was agreed and put into effect so we could have 2 toilets still available for our stay. Not the best, but it was accommodating. We would make this house a definite stay for our next trip to the area.

I wish there were more stars—this is a GREAT place! Came for a dog show and was excellent for that but all round wonderful. Could not have been better

Jo Ann was a lovely host and the home was wonderful! We were in Kingsport for the Dalmatian National Specialty and her home was perfect! The garage was insulated and actually was the perfect spot for us to crate the dogs and a door directly to the backyard. The backyard was clean, fenced and the dogs loved it. The home was a very short 9 minute drive to Meadowview for the show. Convenient for the show, restaurants, stores, etc. If we are back in this area, will stay here in a heartbeat!

The property was pet friendly. We made sure we picked up in the yard. Dogs are not allowed on furniture but that was not a problem.The house was immaculate and comfortable.
