Welcome to Seasom in Somers with heated spa and natural pool– a beautifully crafted, coastal retreat designed for relaxed family holidays and group getaways. Stroll to Somer's Beach and Somer's General Store from this brand-new, light-filled home offers four bedrooms and two modern bathrooms across two levels, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Stylish interiors, open-plan living, and thoughtful comforts combine to create a welcoming space just minutes from the beach. With parking for up to four cars in the driveway and all the amenities you need. The spa can be heated from the months of September to April. The pool is not heated and is a freshwater system by Naked Pools.

Upstairs, enjoy a breezy living area and balcony bathed in natural light, with Daikin split systems in both bedrooms and the lounge for year-round comfort. Downstairs is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area that is perfect for preparing meals at home, with modern appliances and generous bench space. A second living/rumpus room offers another space to spread out and relax, with Sonos Bluetooth speakers throughout the house. The house is warm in winter and cool in summer with a split system for climate control and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Outside, you'll find an electric BBQ for alfresco dining on warm evenings.

The property’s location puts you close to the calm shores of Somers Beach, scenic walking trails, and the peaceful Koala Reserve. Whether you're here for lazy summer days, coastal adventures, or simply to reconnect with loved ones, Seasom in Somers is where beachside living meets modern ease and your ideal base to unwind and explore the best of the Mornington Peninsula.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
