About this house rental
Surrounded by Kennesaw Mountain #NationalPark hiking trails, 2 miles to the historic Marietta Square (with the best dining in Cobb County), Target, Publix, and only 5 miles to Whole Foods, #KennesawStateUniversity and I-75.
The space
Enjoy our screen porch for morning coffee, meals or watching a #AtlantaBraves game! Listen to the birds and the distant whistle of our town train, while you swing in the hammock (available depending on the weather).
Our home offers three cozy bedrooms (King, Queen and 2 Twins), wooded views and natural light from many windows.
The #stockedkitchen provides you with all the essentials. No need to drag your spices from home or hit the grocery before you arrive. At The Kickback Retreat you will find all basic paper goods are provided as well as spices, oils, cookware, coffee, sugar, laundry detergent, etc.
Four TVs (porch, den, Queen guest and primary) provide access to your streaming accounts. Strong internet speeds and great wifi, too.
Annnnd, if you're looking for reviews, check them out on that other booking platform. We have a ton of rave reviews. Just not on this site (wink, wink).
Guest access:
Keypad will allow entry at your convenience. 24 hours prior to your arrival, you will receive all check-in instructions.
The attached garage is locked for the owner's storage. There is, however, plenty of parking available.
Other things to note:
We have pets and because dogs tend to "mark" their territory, we respectfully request that guests traveling with a pet or service animal choose an alternative property.
Our property borders a gross easement with a Georgia Power "iron giant," powerline structure. This is part of why our space is so beautiful and private but also could be considered unsightly by some.
