The house is in a beautiiful neighborhood and has had a lot of work done to it (freshly painted, beautiful hardwood floors, new concrete outside, craftsman built-ins in the livingroom, etc.). The addition in the back adds another bedroom and bathroom which helps the home feel more spacious. That said, the kitchen and main bathroom need work. It did seem like the owners took this into account with the rental rate. The nighborhood is quiet and well located with proximity to shops, restaurants, and the highway. A good stay overall.
