About this apartment rental
The Wilsterberg was once a farmstead with livestock and stables and has been family-owned for over 100 years. Today, it consists of two connected buildings, the front section of which was completely demolished and rebuilt between May 2011 and April 2012. This newly built section also includes our small (but charming) vacation rental, to which we’d love to invite you.
Both vacation rentals, of course, have separate entrances and parking spaces.
“The Small One”:
From the entryway with a coat closet on the first floor, you’ll reach the upper floor and the apartment itself via a private staircase. There you’ll find the living room with a small, open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light, a toilet, and a shower. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer), the apartment features satellite TV, an audio system with radio and CD player, internet access, a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, a double bed in the bedroom, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. A crib is available upon request. The apartment is heated entirely by underfloor heating.
2"The Large One":
Our large vacation apartment is designed to accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment is 90 m² in size and, of course, has a separate entrance and a parking space. From the entryway with a coat closet on the first floor, you can access the separate kitchen-dining area, the large living room, the bedroom, and the spacious, natural-light bathroom with a shower and toilet. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker), the apartment also features satellite TV, an audio system with radio and CD player, internet access, 1 very comfortable sofa bed (double bed, 160 cm, fold-out), 1 fold-out armchair in the living room, a double bed (200 cm x 200 cm) in the bedroom, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. A crib is available upon request. The apartment is fully heated by underfloor heating. You’ll also find a lovely, covered terrace with a view of the greenery.
Our house is located in the heart of the Hüttener Berge Nature Park and Recreation Area, almost exactly between Rendsburg and Eckernförde., So if you’re looking for peace and relaxation, you’ve come to the right place. The rolling hills of the Hüttener Berge and the nearby lakes Bistensee and Wittensee, as well as the Windebyer Noor near Eckernförde, are perfect for hiking and walking. Numerous bike, mountain bike, and hiking trails start right at our doorstep. In front of the entrance on the courtyard, there’s an outdoor seating area with a table and chairs for our guests. You’re welcome to use the barbecue area. Upon request, we also have space for your bicycles in our garages.
Horseback riding vacations, vacations with ponies and horses:
In the immediate vicinity (500 m), you’ll find the Hüttener Berge Riding and Sports Club (Reit- und Sportverein Hüttener Berge e.V.), which is just a 5-minute walk away. You’re more than welcome to pursue your hobby with ponies and horses at Sandra Albert’s. We’d be happy to put you in touch with the riding club and Sandra.
