The comfortable queen-sized bed provides a cozy place to rest after a day at the beach, while the full bathroom offers everything you need to refresh and recharge. A simple kitchenette setup makes it easy to prepare light meals, morning coffee, or quick snacks before heading out for the day. On the back patio, enjoy your private use of the grill or fire pit, while sitting under stringed lights at a 4-seater outdoor table.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-One guest parking space is available in the garage
-Located a short ferry ride from Channel Islands National Park
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $300/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
