About this chalet rental
This three bedroom townhouse is located in the beautiful resort of Sunset Golf in Estepona. The clubhouse, bar and restaurant are just a 500m stroll away. The beaches of Playa Los Granados and Playa de Guadalmina are just 2km away. The secure, gated complex has security at the entrance (From 11am to 12am), a large communal lagoon shaped swimming pool and extensive communal gardens with water features and grassed areas. The house offers free WIFI, hot and cold vented AC, shutters in the bedrooms and a private garage.
The townhouse is arranged over four levels with access by stairs from the garage. (Also ramp or stairs access from the street) Access the house into the open plan living area. The lounge leads out onto the south facing terrace offering wonderful views over the golf course to the sea and Gibraltar.
