This beautiful vacation home is just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea.
It’s in a quiet location with a large balcony facing the courtyard, where you can enjoy the morning sun. It even offers a side view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is lovingly furnished with many beautiful details.
The attractively furnished living, dining, and sleeping area features a cozy leather sofa and armchair in the living area, and the small coffee table invites you to enjoy cozy evenings watching TV or reading. The TV sits on a shelf across from the sofa. A selection of board games and books provides entertainment. The Wi-Fi, which can be booked on-site through an external provider, is unfortunately only partially available this week.
The dining area features a large table with four comfortable chairs and offers plenty of space for shared meals.
The sleeping area is separated from the living area by a curtain. Here you’ll find a double bed with two single mattresses (1.80 x 2 m) and a large closet for your vacation wardrobe.
The additional bedroom has a bunk bed (sleeping area 90 cm x 2 m), a small closet, and a shelf for children’s toys and books.
The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your vacation. You’ll find a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, a blender, and a toaster, as well as a microwave with a grill for preparing light meals. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes. There is an ample supply of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. A refrigerator and freezer are also provided.
The flooring in the children’s room is cork. Laminate flooring is installed in the living and sleeping areas. In the remaining areas, the flooring is granite.
The small bathroom has a shower with a partition, a toilet, and a sink. A mirror, hair dryer, and trash can are provided.
The windows can be darkened using electric exterior roller shutters. A vacuum cleaner is available in the storage room. There is a beach chair on the balcony that serves as seating. A clothes dryer is also located here.
The washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement are available for use for a small fee. This is a non-smoking apartment, and you are not permitted to bring your dog.
A parking space for your car is available in the large parking lot.
