Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish three bedroom property on a picturesque residential block near Rice Village & Rice University. This unit is really nice. This property is an upstairs unit of a duplex, you will need to go upstairs to access the unit. We welcome short or long term stays and your furry friends are welcome but must be approved by the host. This unit is fully outfitted with luxury furnishings, memory foam mattresses, and everything you’ll need for a visit to Houston.
UPSTAIRS DUPLEX, this unit is on the second floor of a traditional red brick duplex located on Dryden rd just 2 blocks from Rice Village. Three bedrooms, beautiful hardwood floors, super comfortable furnishings, luxury sleeping memory foam mattresses. Stylish and comfortable rental.
Electronic locks with private codes.
Host lives nearby if you need anything during your stay.
Gorgeous neighborhood, families and doctors on this block. Walkable to nearby Rice Village Shopping Center or go jogging around Rice University a block away. Medical Center is a 7 minute walk and the incredible Museum District in less than 2 miles away. Yes, you will be close to everything that’s awesome and cool.
Get a car since Houston in general is spread out. We are 5 blocks from the Texas medical center and since parking is tricky over there, we recommend Uber. Reliant Stadium is 2 miles away. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance from this property and grocery stores are about 2 miles away.
Pets on a case by case basis and must be approved ahead of time by host. I work with all guests and especially families dealing with medical emergencies or extended stays, just dm me and I’ll do my best to work with you to accommodate your needs. You must climb stairs to
access front or back door. There is Not a dishwasher at this unit. There are no indoor cameras.

No smoking indoors, No Vaping indoors, $1000 fine

We really enjoyed our stay at the Teal Door. Great amenities and fantastic location. We were in for a Rice reunion and the proximity to Rice and the Village was perfect.
