Welcome to the Hotty Toddy Townhouse!! 2026 is off to a fantastic year for the Rebel's!! And we have already enjoyed hosting friends, family & new guests this year! We are so excited to offer our Hotty Toddy Townhouse to you and your family as well!

Direct access to Ole Miss campus via Old Taylor Road. You get to avoid Jackson Ave completely!!! Only 2 miles to Vaught-Hemingway Stadium!!

Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed with en-suite full bathroom (new photo coming soon!)
Second Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed with en-suite full bathroom
Third Bedroom (Upstairs): Two queen beds with en-suite full bathroom
Half Bath: Located on the main level
Traveling with little ones?
We’ve got you covered! The home includes a pack-and-play, a booster seat with tray, and a baby gate. One child under 3 years old does not count toward the total guest headcount.

The "Guest Services" fee goes to VRBO not the HOST.
Extras:
3 hairdryers (one in each bathroom)
Black “Makeup” washcloths provided — please use these to keep our linens fresh for future guests

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, the primary guest must complete guest verification within 48 hours of booking. Your reservation will be fully confirmed after this step.
Before check-in, guests must:
Sign the rental agreement (within 7 days of booking confirmation)
Provide a valid government-issued photo ID
Provide a credit card in the name matching the reservation for security purposes
Additional Information
Additional guest fees may apply depending on the number of guests and house rules
A valid ID and credit/debit card may be required at check-in for incidentals
Special requests (early check-in, late check-out) are subject to availability and may incur a fee, we will do our best to accommodate
Parties and large events are not permitted

My brother-in-law and I stayed at The Hotty Toddy Townhouse for 2 nights. We were in town visiting my nephew at Ole Miss and to see an Ole Miss football game. The house was clean, comfortable, stocked with water and snacks, and had You Tube TV. The owners were excellent at communicating and were extremely nice. I highly recommend this place!
