Brand new in 2024 on a small lake near Atlanta. 3 stories of elegance and comfort. Gorgeous main level kitchen! The lower level is a full apartment with its own bed/bath, kitchen and laundry. Upper level can sleep up to 4 people; lower level up to 3. Two large decks! Extra wide driveway goes around the house. 25-35 min drive to Atlanta downtown and sports arenas for Braves, Falcons, Hawks, and Atlanta United. Beautiful setting on the lake. Relax, enjoy and please treat like your own!

We brought the family in for Thanksgiving. The separate living space in the basement was perfect for the grandkids and grandma to spend extra time together. Host was attentive and house was extremely clean.
