Nestled in the heart of the idyllic Ahr Valley, these modern apartments offer the highest level of comfort in a stylish new building. The architecture combines contemporary design with traditional elements—a natural stone wall gives the building a charming, almost Mediterranean character.
For added convenience, all apartments are easily accessible via an elevator—ideal for guests of all ages and for any length of stay.

The apartment is bathed in natural light, features high-quality furnishings, and is ideal for families, couples, small groups, or business travelers. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a panoramic view—or a glass of our Ahr wine at sunset.

Experience stylish living amidst picturesque vineyards: Our three modern, spacious apartments offer plenty of light, comfort, and a high-quality living environment. The architecturally appealing building is complemented by a distinctive natural stone wall that lends it a Mediterranean flair.
On-site costs: Payment is made by bank transfer. Alternatively, the amount can also be paid in cash upon arrival directly at the Peter Kriechel Winery, Walporzheimer Straße 83–85, 53474 Ahrweiler. Please let us know your preferred payment method in advance. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this, if necessary. Access is granted by entering a PIN code at the front door/garage or via NFC. You will receive the code via email well in advance of your arrival. A crib and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per night for guests 18 and older, and €1 for children 6 and older, will be charged additionally on-site. Additional fees: €25.00 per garage for an electric vehicle charging station. Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 22:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
