Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the penthouse is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.

Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.

Easy to get to United Center and short walks to nice breakfast places. Josh is very responsive and answered questions promptly. Nice amenities in the place for just hanging out.

Loved our stay! The location was perfect for us, it’s a 5 min walk to the United Center, 10 min walk to the nearest train station. It’s such a nice, quiet area of the town. We will be booking again!
