Thank you for choosing our accommodation for your stay in Marrakech. To ensure a pleasant experience, please read the House Rules, which must be known and respected by all guests in your booking group in order to avoid any problems with the Airbnb platform and the local Police.
HOUSE RULES:
It is your responsibility to communicate the House Rules to each member of your booking group, so that they all have a full knowledge of the rules of the accommodation and awareness of the risks involved in the event of a breach:
1. In accordance with Moroccan law, each guest in your booking group must present their passport when you enter the accommodation, fill out an information sheet available to the local authorities and sign the House Rules that they agree to respect. In the event that a member of your booking group refuses to comply with these legal obligations, the Host reserves the right to refuse access to the accommodation to your entire booking group.
2. It is forbidden to welcome people from outside your booking group into the accommodation.
3. It is forbidden to organize parties in the accommodation or to cause noise pollution that may disturb the peace of the residence and the neighbors. During the day, it is strictly forbidden to play loud music or make a noise.
4. Travelers must respect Moroccan law, only married Moroccan couples can rent the accommodation. This law does not apply to non-Moroccan nationals.
5. It is strictly forbidden to welcome prostitutes in the accommodation. In case of violation of this rule. Travelers will be solely responsible for their actions before the Police and Justice authorities of Morocco, and they will assume the consequences alone: filing a complaint with the Court of Justice, criminal sanctions, convictions and fines.
6. The accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in the entire accommodation (indoor areas/outdoor areas).
7. It is forbidden to bring illegal substances into the accommodation.
8. Quiet hours: from 23:00 in the evening until 08:00 in the morning.
9. Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation.
10. No commercial or advertising photography or video is allowed inside the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with these rules, the host reserves the right to terminate your reservation without refund. In the event of refusal to vacate the accommodation within a maximum of 4 hours, the Host reserves the right to request the legal eviction of the guests by the local Police.
In the event of a serious accident or death in the accommodation, regardless of the causes and circumstances, the Company and the Owner cannot be held responsible and the Tenants waive their right to file a complaint or to request repairs or compensation from the Company and the Owner.

- Your reception in the accommodation with handover of the keys is to be scheduled together between 15:00 and 19:00 on the day of your arrival. In order to respect the stay and tranquility of the group of travelers before you, and to allow time for our team of housekeepers to clean and prepare the accommodation for your group, you cannot enter the accommodation earlier.
- Your departure from the accommodations are scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of your departure. In order to respect the stay and tranquility of the group of travelers after you, and to allow time for our team of housekeepers to clean the accommodation after your departure, you cannot leave the accommodation later.
- Please check your landing times at the airport on the day of your arrival, and your take-off times on the day of your departure.Your arrival and departure times must respect the times at which our team is available to welcome you, and we do not have storage space for your luggage before your arrival or after your departure.
- In order to offer you the best possible experience, please be aware that the logistical organization is important to welcome you in the best conditions. Please let us know your arrival and departure times as soon as your reservation is validated in order to plan your arrival and exit from the accommodation together.
- The accommodation must be kept in good condition for the duration of your stay. If necessary, we provide you with our team of housekeepers (paid service).
- In case of material damage, breakages or electrical/plumbing problems, please inform us immediately for a quick intervention. Depending on the circumstances of a deterioration or breakage, the Host reserves the right to request a refund from the guests.
- Only the equipment and supplies mentioned in the listing are present in the accommodation: elevator, shower, air conditioning, freezer, kitchen, gas stove, hot water, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, paid parking outside the property, wifi. The Host cannot be blamed for the absence of equipment that is not indicated. You have the possibility to buy directly from the supermarket the equipment and supplies you need during your stay (bottles of water, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, iron, salt, pepper, spices, baking paper for the oven, kitchen equipment, drying rack, etc).
- Please make sure that all doors and windows are locked and that you have closed all electronic devices and turned off all lights when you leave the accommodation.
