The first floor features an open-plan layout, with the kitchen and dining area on the left and the living room on the right. The living room boasts a sunken sofa, perfect for gathering or unwinding, and opens directly to the pool area, offering easy access for guests to enjoy the outdoors. On the second floor, a billiard area with bar stools overlooks the front of the villa, adding an extra layer of entertainment.
