Centrally located between Brownwood Paddock and Lake Sumter Landing, you are minutes away from restaurants and shopping.
Enjoy Florida living at its finest with a spacious covered lanai featuring an outdoor kitchen with grill—perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. Inside, the open-concept design includes a gourmet kitchen with a separate dining nook and an oversized breakfast bar, ideal for both casual meals and lively conversations.
The elegant master suite is a true escape, complete with ceiling fan, dual walk-in closets, a whirlpool soaking tub, and a Roman-style walk-in shower. The split floor plan ensures privacy for all guests. The front bedroom is roomy and comfortable, with great morning light and includes a cozy sitting area. The third bedroom is set up as a custom office with a queen-size Murphy bed, perfect for remote work or accommodating extra guests.

Dave answered any questions we had when we were at his property in a timely manner. The home is beautiful! Very clean and well decorated. The house is fully stocked with everything except the groceries. You can tell Dave and his wife took the time to have everything in the home that might be required during your stay. We will definitely be back!

Our first trip to The Villages was absolutely wonderful, and this home was the perfect base for our golf and house hunting vacation! The property is fabulous, truly like stepping into a magazine. Everything felt spacious and luxuriously comfortable.The kitchens were a huge highlight. The main custom kitchen is oversized and perfectly equipped, and the outdoor kitchen on the lanai offered a beautiful view of the golf course that we enjoyed every evening. The fact that the rental included a golf cart at no additional charge was the cherry on top and made getting around so easy.We've already started planning our return trip this spring. We highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting The Villages!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how spotless and well maintained everything was …truly one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The space itself is incredibly roomy, which made it perfect for our family to spread out and feel comfortable, while still being able to enjoy time together in the common areas.The location couldn’t have been better. The home is set in a premiere neighborhood, which felt safe, quiet, and upscale, yet still conveniently close to everything we needed. It really struck the perfect balance between comfort and accessibility.Our host was fantastic, responsive, professional, and so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we felt completely taken care of from start to finish.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s ideal for families or anyone looking for a spacious, spotless, and well-located place to stay. We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend it to others!
