• Hot tub is under construction, estimated date of completion is undetermined.
• Suites with bay or lagoon views are extremely limited; most suites have garden views
• The resort has a beach cabana accessible via Beach Access #20.
• Resort is campus like; a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area
Edisto Island has a grocery store (within 3 miles), six restaurants, sandwich shops and several specialty shops
• Major shopping 1 hour away in Charleston.
• Suites are elevated with one or two flights of stairs outside, many with additional stairs inside
• Number of suites with elevators is extremely limited
• Some associations do not allow motorcycle, golf cart or trailer access. Please contact the resort for more information.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
•The resort will undergo deck repairs and replacement from May 9 - 28, 2023. This project will specifically affect the Bay Point Association. During this time, there will be intermittent disruption due to noise, dust, odor, and work crews on-site. Dates are subject to change.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.

The condo was fabulous and the owner was easy to contact and answered questions quickly. However, the check-in process did not go well. We checked in at the office and were told we would be contacted when our room was ready. That did not happen. We had to finally call to check on our room. Also, two of our four keys did not even work. Apparently they were never attached to our specific condo. That being said, everything else was perfect.
