Apartment with Views in Bellcaire

It is a small village of about 500 inhabitants, away from the tourist hustle of the beach, but only 4 km from the coast. You have a supermarket 200 meters from the apartment, as well as a pharmacy, tobacconist, butcher, bakery, bar, and a restaurant called El Horta, highly recommended, where they offer a well-prepared lunch menu. There is also a social club where children can play and you can enjoy pizzas prepared by a very friendly Neapolitan.



You can park on the street in front of the apartment, as it is a very quiet area. It is possible to walk or cycle along country paths among apple, wheat, or sunflower fields. The beach of Sant Martí d’Empúries and L’Escala is about 4 km from the apartment. Figueres, La Bisbal, and Pals are 20 minutes away by car, Girona is 35 minutes, and Barcelona is about 1 hour and 30 minutes.



It is a very peaceful place near the sea (L’Escala, Sant Pere Pescador, Torroella de Montgrí, L’Estartit), ideal for cycling trips, enjoying tranquility and the beach. The apartment is very cozy, about 80 square meters, with a 40-square-meter terrace and incredible views from the Pyrenees to Les Gavarres, covering the entire Ter river valley. It is located in a rural village 5 minutes from the beach.



The terrace, with stunning views of Empordà, will allow you to have dinner at sunset and breakfast listening to the birds, the only sound you will hear. The apartment has a hot/cold heat pump and windows on all four sides. There are very few neighbors, ensuring peace and quiet.
