Overall, the property was well appointed and roomy, and the location was close to amenities that made it easy for us to get around and thoroughly enjoy our time in Nairobi. The location felt safe, and the shining star was the communicativeness of the host. She was available for whatever we needed, and arranged airport transfers and chef service when requested.Downsides: Everything in the building is keyed (including the elevator), but there’s only one set of keys for a giant flat. This is particularly troublesome when you have a larger group doing different things throughout the day. The cleanliness of the flat left a bit to be desired, and there were not enough towels (or nice enough provisions (towels, soap, bedding, bath mats, etc) to match the size and look of the flat.
