Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location and the actual space were perfect :) Everything was spacious and very clean. The only issue we had when we first arrived was the wifi/internet. We were not able to connect our phones or utilize the TV. It took a little while to get connected to the local team but once we were able to get in contact, Tony was GREAT! He fixed the issue quickly and was very communicative. It was quiet, beautiful, and our family had so much run.
Besides getting a better router/wifi connection, we would recommend the homeowner adding a few kitchen items like pot holders, tongs, and a wine bottler opener. We didn't pack those things and would've been helpful to have. We can't wait to come back!
