Awesome!!, completely renovated 1 bed/1bath condo in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg! ⛰Everything in this condo is new! It is located on a peaceful street adjacent to the main Gatlinburg strip. The Gatlinburg strip is the heart of Gatlinburg containing hundreds of shops, restaurants, & exciting activities. At checkin, park your vehicle in our free lot and walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. From this location, you can also get on a trolley that will take you to Pigeon Forge!

Very close to the parkway and lots of activities and shopping near by. Free parking is a plus especially with the closeness to everything you will want to see and do. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Everything was better than expected. I had what I needed and loved the homey feel of the condo. Would definitely stay there again. Got some much needed relaxation. Thank you again Ethan and for sharing the word with me.

The unit was right outside the elevator, so you heard it moving through out the night and during the early morning hours. The room was extremely clean and very well decorated. It was a little further off the strip than we liked. We also didn’t like that the location of the complex or the unit was not giving in the description on the the website. We also had to use one remote to control the tv in the bedroom and the living room. The tv in the bedroom did not have satellite or cable, or if it did, it was not user friendly. I don’t see us staying here again just because of the location of the complex and the unit itself.
