4 Friends came to Western NY for a weekend of relaxation. We were able to easily walk to the falls, the casino and eateries. Three bedrooms and 4 beds were perfect for our group. Rustic charm, had all that we needed :)

Property is rustic for sure. But maintained and as described. Neighborhood is older but we didn’t have any problems. Host was great with adding additional people who were able to come last min. Just required an additional fee. I think it was good for a single night.

Nicely decorated house with everything you need. Loved the decor and the blend of old (house was built in the late 1800s) with new. The beds were comfortable, no screens in the bedroom windows but a fan was provided in each bedroom. Walk to the falls and area attractions so you don't have to worry about paying for parking (there is a parking space behind the house). The host let us at the property until 2 PM even though check out was at 11 AM, because we wanted to spend more time at the falls.
