Host was very responsive and helpful. We had a successful family reunion at this property. Plenty of space to spread out and do field games. There were goatheads around the property that stuck in our shoes. The house was great-beds were comfortable, kitchen decently stocked with cookware and ovenware, beautiful fire place, board games cabinet, Keurig and Nespresso station (make sure to take pods), and a designated fire ring outside with benches by it. Full washer and dryer. Would recommend and stay again.

This house was perfectly placed for our stay in Payson. It was very quiet and allowed us a good place to rest. The house was very clean!
