About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming new 93 m² house with air conditioning for rent in Saint-Palais, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It's all on one level, with a lovely 35 m² living room, fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, shower room (with Italian shower) and a garden of over 600 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with extendable dining table and TV (Smart TV) / sound bar / Bluetooth speaker, sofas and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, combined microwave oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo and filter coffee makers, etc.
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size double bed (160x200) that can be separated into 2 twin beds.
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 4: A 3-bed bunk bed (two single bunk beds and a pull-out bed, 80x190), for children only
- Bathroom with Italian shower and double washbasin
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Board games and books are also available.
Outside:
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A lovely 600 m² private enclosed garden
- A ping pong table with rackets, a badminton/pickleball set, games equipment (palas and pelotes, ball, skittles, etc.)
The house is ideally situated in a very pleasant setting in Saint-Palais, a town surrounded by hills, forests and rivers. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, cinema and media library...
Activities:
- Take part in a treasure hunt to discover the rich architectural heritage of the former capital of Basse-Navarre.
- Visit the Lower Navarre Museum and the Bideak Cultural Centre, with its garden and monumental 50-metre fresco.
- Take advantage of the many sports facilities on offer: pediments, swimming pools with slides, tennis courts, padel, climbing, playground and pumptrack / skatepark....
- Stroll along the landscaped rivers, or go fishing, kayaking or rafting on the nearby Gaves.
- Hike or cycle to the Osquich and Iraty passes, following the paths of the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela.
