– 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
– 1 mezzanine with two 90 cm single beds and one sofa bed
– 1 additional sofa in the living room
– Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, Senseo coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher
– Bathroom with shower
– Separate toilet
– Terrace with sea view
– Shared pool in the residence (open June 15 → September 15)

– Full access to the apartment
– In-person check-in on arrival
– Private and secure parking space in the residence

– Close to shops, markets, restaurants and the marina

– Beach: direct access from the residence
– Town center: approx. 700 m → 8–10 minutes on foot
– Train station: Béziers → 20 minutes by car
– Airport: Béziers–Cap d’Agde → 15 minutes
