Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 81 m² flat for rent in Nancy, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 39 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 39 m² living room with TV, sofa, desk area...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 5m² balcony to make the most of fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Parc de la Pépinière: Ideal for outdoor activities, walks, children's play areas, a small zoo...
