About this house rental

Cocoonr∕Book&Pay agency offers this air-conditioned cottage for rent in Gros-Morne. It has a surface area of 54 m² and can accommodate up to 3 guests. It consists of a 48 m² living room, an open-plan kitchen, a mezzanine with sleeping area, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,500 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 48 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, and more.
- A bathroom (with shower) and toilet

- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190)

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A private, enclosed garden of 1,500 m²
- A 12 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Gros-Morne, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, 2 km away

- Discover the Didi Garden (Creole and botanical garden), ideal for nature lovers
- Visit Habitation Saint-Étienne, a former distillery with rum tasting, banana cultivation, and demonstrations of traditional skills
- Hiking: Sentier des Jésuites, Saut Argis (waterfall), Morne des Roseaux... with breathtaking views
- Kayaking and river trips with the possibility of crayfish fishing at the Marie-Calixte mill
- Outdoor sports: mountain biking, canyoning, via ferrata in the surrounding rainforest
