The apartment has an open floor plan. The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area (including a sofa bed), a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for four. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
Step outside and relax on the balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for admiring the stunning Marina view.
The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfy queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The 1.5 bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Bonaire Building is one of the few in the Park Island community Emaar. Twenty-five minutes away from Dubai Airport, 10 minutes away from Dubai Marina Mall, and 18 minutes away from Dubai Mall.
From the building, you have direct access to Dubai Marina Walk, where you can explore restaurants and shops and have a good run around the Marina Sea View. 5 minutes walk from the building is Jumeirah Beach to enjoy some sun and swim on the beach. If you're feeling adventurous, 8 minutes walk away from the building is the famous Dubai Sky Dive.
Different cuisine can enjoy in the Marina Walk area, from Arabic to Lebanese and Asian cuisine.
Dubai Marina Mall is 10 minutes drive away, where you can go grocery shopping in Supermarket Choitrams; in front of the building, 5 minutes walk, is also a tiny Choitrams supermarket.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest metro station, Sobha, is a 20-minute walk.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
