The Space:
Dead Centre of Lake Rosseau. Charming 4-bedroom traditional cottage with guest bunkie on prestigious Lake Rosseau. Walk to the JW Marriott and reach Port Carling or Port Sandfield in minutes by boat or car. Features include a rare sand beach, massive dock for sunning and swimming, and a spacious lake-facing deck ideal for outdoor dining. Perfect for families or groups seeking classic Muskoka charm with unbeatable location and access to top amenities. Note this is the owners winter home so some personal items are present.
With 3 Bedrooms on main floor having a King, and 2 Queen Rooms, The cottage also has a Direct Lake facing Screened in Muskoka Room with covered dining / games Table.
The lower level has a second mini kitchen and a Queen Bedroom with a second mounted Large Screen TV in the Walk Out 2nd Living/Rec Room, Dining/ Games Table.
The small Bunkie has a Double Bed and a set of Bunk Beds.
We have fantastic New Fibre Optic Wifi included of course!! Canoe, Kayak. Stand Up Paddle Board, Hot Tub and one of the most incredible hard sand Beaches in Muskoka. The Dock holds 10 Boats and has 6 Muskoka Chairs, Weber contained Fire pit on Beach with tons of Firewood! 3 Full Sized Stainless Fridges. Huge Newly Built Cottage Deck with 7 Red Muskoka Chairs and 2 Offset Umbrellas complete with a dining area for 8.
Gently Sloping Front Lawn that Tapers into the on shore beach and into the Lake. The Beach is incredible Hard Sand (no Mush) Lake Bottom that goes out over 120 feet.
There is a Large WEBER Bar-B-Q on the Main Floor and a second Stainless Bar-B-Q off the Lower Walk out Floor and a 3rd Charcoal Grill… with 3 spare filled propane tanks. We also have a big green egg. Weekly cleaning for stays of more than 10 nights, linens included, non motorized watercraft including a canoe, kayaks, paddle boat and SUP boards. There is also a hot tub on the deck and lots of dock chairs!
