About this house rental
Enjoy a beautiful penthouse oasis with a private rooftop and incredible ocean views. Nestled in a gated community in Costa Brava Condominiums, Ceiba Puerto Rico.
A cozy home away from home with the added bonus of an outdoor entertainment rooftop retreat.
The space:
Penthouse Paradise offers comfortable furnishings in the living areas as well as a cozy couch which converts to a full sized bed. FAST Wi-Fi for streaming and large TV. Computer, desk and printer available
1st floor:
The kitchen comes complete with appliances and includes thoughtful essentials like a toaster oven, condiments and coffee
Dine at the counter or at an indoor dining table for four guests.
The first bedroom has a Comfortable Queen-size bed, Smart TV, AC, ceiling fan, spacious closet and ocean views.
The second bedroom has comfortable bunk beds, 1 full sized and 1 twin, AC, Smart TV, ceiling fans, and ample area for luggage and ocean views.
The Master Bedroom has a King size adjustable bed, Smart TV, AC, Fan, Dresser, Master Bathroom, a cozy nest furniture and ocean views.
Several other personal needs are available, like an iron/board, washer, and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Top floor:
The rooftop terrace boasts Ocean and mountain views and for a perfect oasis at our retreat escape. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise.
Our rooftop offers an outdoor dining area for six guests, propane BBQ, (4) sun loungers and a comfortable outdoor sofa space for gathering under the covered pavilion
There isn't an elevator in the building (PH)—the security surveillance system is in the condominium's common areas.
**Important ** Guest access:
Your stay comes with two designated parking spots steps from the entrance, and we are a third-floor apartment with no elevator.
Common areas below will be shared:
Olympic-sized pool, Sun loungers, Gazebo, Gym facilities, Kids park, and Basketball and tennis courts.
**Important Pool Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 8 am - 10 pm
Sundays 10 am - 10 pm
The building security staff and administrators manage the gym facilities.
Please make sure to notify the guard before scheduling your training sessions.
For security reasons:
- There's a camera outside located on the front door for entry and guest count purposes.
