We were attending a wedding in East Nashvillle and this place was perfect for us. It was a quiet neighborhood with lots of Halloween decorations. The home was spacious and clean. The couch and beds were comfortable. The showers were tricky to figure out. The backyard was huge with a nice porch overlooking it. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless and very comfortable — exactly as described. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. We loved that there were so many delicious restaurants just a short walk away. 100% would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Home was very comfortable and had a good, artistic vibe. Great leather recliner couch for relaxing in the living room. Loved hanging out at the covered back porch in the mornings and evenings. Kitchen was outfitted with most necessities and extras. Very clean except cobweb behind primary bathroom door. Primary mattress was very comfortable and firm even though we’re not used to memory foam. Ceiling Fans in all rooms. A/C throughout. Bathrooms were updated and well appointed. Great location in good neighborhood. Safe and walkable. Good Restaurants nearby. Big issue was gaining entry thru coded entry lock. Was never resolved. I gave up because it was taking up time with the back and forth. Owner tried and tried so glad there was a backup and it worked fine. It wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Highly recommend.

Very clean adorable house with many cute food options within walking distance and if you love to read, there is books beyond books to pick from! Definitely can’t wait to stay again!
