It is located in a quiet residential area and less than 5 minutes walk from supermarket, bakeries, pizzerias, bars, restaurants, pharmacy. The train from Ladispoli, allows you to reach Rome San Pietro in only 30 minutes. Distance station by car 5 minutes.
Entering welcomes you the first garden equipped with table chairs hammock and barbecue.On the ground floor you will find the living room with TV and double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, microwave, kettle , oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, moka and coffee maker.The bathroom with shower.
