The BEACH VILLA vacation home is located in the front row, right on the beautiful long sandy beach within one of the most beautiful vacation resorts in the Netherlands (4-star).
Unique:
The BEACH VILLA is the only vacation home with a rooftop terrace on the most beautiful stretch of beach in the area. Another unique feature is that the garden terrace offers direct access to two beaches (the main beach on the left and the dog beach on the right). You’ll only find this at the BEACH VILLA in Holland!
Simply walk barefoot from the BEACH VILLA through the fine sand right down to the water. And you don’t even have to cross a street: it’s fantastic!
The vacation home is especially kid-friendly and dog-friendly.
That’s why the property is completely fenced in. The 200 m² garden and terraces offer plenty of space to run around. Thanks to direct beach access, the play area for children and dogs can be easily expanded: just open the garden gate and off you go!
The two terraces are perfectly positioned so you can enjoy the morning and evening sun to the fullest. At the same time, there are areas throughout our property with pleasant shade from the trees. Under the glass patio roof, you can enjoy the stunning ocean view in the fresh air even when it’s raining.
On the additional rooftop terrace, you can soak up the sun at any time of day. From the Sky Lounge (with comfortable lounge furniture and loungers), enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the water, followed by a beautiful starry sky. All three terraces offer a beautiful ocean view, though the view from the rooftop terrace is spectacular. From here, you’ll have a great view of the sandy beach and a 180-degree ocean vista. You can even see the marina very clearly from here. That way, you won’t miss a single boat leaving the harbor.
For guests of the BEACH VILLA, a parking spot is reserved right next to the vacation home, and its location right on the beach is sure to delight water sports enthusiasts: simply take your windsurfing and stand-up paddleboarding gear right out of the car and hop straight onto your board. Fantastic!
Premium, fully equipped. Nothing is missing here. The BEACH VILLA is equipped with many special amenities. You can make yourself a delicious cappuccino in the fully equipped kitchen and then enjoy it in the cozy armchair in front of the panoramic fireplace while admiring the view of the water. In the evening, you can turn on the atmospheric ambient lighting and stream an exciting movie on the high-quality Ambilight smart TV.
Restful even at night. All three bedrooms are in a quiet location and equipped with large, comfortable beds (a total of six beds, some of which are box-spring beds, each 200 cm long), where both adults and children can sleep comfortably. Freshly made beds upon arrival are included. The bedroom on the upper floor is a particular favorite with children, as it features a typical Dutch mezzanine. The lower ceiling height gives it the feel of a cozy den. On the first floor, an additional children’s bed can be added if needed. All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality insect screens. The BEACH VILLA features air conditioning to ensure the temperature is just right for you.
The two bathrooms are equipped with high-quality fixtures and designer vanities. The rain shower feature is pure wellness! The separate restroom is especially practical and convenient when the villa is occupied by several people.
