You will have access to the entire property. A rental car is recommended to travel up and down the hill to the beach/town.
Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.
Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.
La Vista is a condo complex nestled in the heart of Tamarindo Bay and just a short drive to downtown. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located on the fourth floor with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen has a beautiful custom island with comfortable dining chairs. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a fresh and delicious family meal. The spacious living room with large flat screen TV is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Through the glass patio doors, you can also relax on the private terrace and enjoy the breathtaking sunset while sipping on a cocktail or prepare a meal on the BBQ.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, walk in closet, in suite bathroom and private patio with amazing views. The second bedroom has two twin beds, which can be converted into a king, TV and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV and in suite bathroom. Cool off in the beautiful shared infinity edge pool while admiring the view or relax on a chaise lounge in the shade with a good book.
The complex is gated with private parking (1 vehicle) and 24 hour security.
Our property has free parking for 1 vehicle. Please note, a rental car is recommended since the property is on a relatively steep hill overlooking Tamarindo.

Our stay was perfection!
High end rooms, amenities and pools…. Friendly staff…. Easy trip from the ocean view balcony to downtown Tamarindo with plenty of food, drink and shopping options.

La Vista 401 exceeded every expectation. Visiting in late June meant lighter crowds, and most days it felt like we had the entire property to ourselves. The pool was spotless, perfectly warm, and paired with an incredible ocean view. Inside, the condo was modern, comfortable, and fully equipped — great A/C, full kitchen, comfortable beds, and a full‑size washer/dryer. The balcony was our favorite spot, with relaxing hanging chairs and a panoramic view that made even windy, choppy Papagayo days feel peaceful.The hilltop location wasn’t an issue; our AWD RAV4 handled it easily, and the security staff were friendly and made us feel completely safe. The included parking pass for the Hotel Diria lot was a huge perk when Tamarindo’s street parking filled up. RPM Vacation was responsive during a brief citywide power outage, and everything else about the stay was flawless.For our first trip to Costa Rica, La Vista 401 set the bar incredibly high. Hard to imagine going back to Florida after this — the value here is unbeatable. We’ll absolutely be back.

The place was beautiful and the place breathtaking. The only downside is the extremely bumpy road to get to the complex.
