    This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was immaculate, with a beautiful interior design that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were always available and provided exceptional service. The location was also perfect, with plenty of food stalls right outside the door. It was the ideal place to wait out a typhoon. I highly recommend it.

    We were impressed by the staff; when our child had the flu, a fever, and a cough, they immediately took us to a pharmacy. There are many stalls here offering very traditional food—a great spot for a comfortable breakfast. Room is very clean

    The hotel policy is not user friendly. We wished to borrow a small knife for cutting our fruits but was rejected. It seems to us that no food is allowed in the room or that the hotel does not provide service to facilitate their guests. Rubbish bins are only available in the bedroom and toilet which are very inconvenient to the guests. Every morning and evening when we need to do make up, we need to take the rubbish bin from the bedroom to the washing basin for throwing away the make-up cotton pads etc. Box tissues should also be provided in the washing basin area. The shower area, though spacious, is not practical in use. After shower, the area is all wet. There is no dry area to get dressed.
