We offer our house ideally located in Allonzier la Cailler, at the gates of Annecy and Geneva.
Exceptional environment, quiet with a view of the fields and breathtaking views of the entire Jura chain.

15 minutes from Annecy, 35 minutes from Geneva!
Nearby Parc des Dronières with Olympic swimming pool, lake for walks, tennis courts.
2000m² of fully fenced property, 175 m² of living space will welcome you, Large living room, new kitchen, 4 bedrooms well distributed for the privacy of everyone.
2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
Possibility to park cars in the courtyard, or in the garage available for 2 cars.
Ideal for 2 to 3 couples with children.
Everything is there to have a good time: 125m² terrace with lighting and outdoor music, swimming pool, bowling green, ping-pong table, table football, billiards, gym!
