Our team is available everyday from 8am to 9pm for guest interaction via the airbnb app or phone call.

Guest have access to every part of the apartment as well as the amenities like the gym, resident lounge. Other amenities are subject to availability (the bowling alley, pod cast studio require a 48 hours advanced reservation)

Houston is a pretty big city and your best option to get around would be having a car or utilizing ride share. We also do have the metro buses as well, but they do not come that frequently
I cannot be held responsible for any failure in shared amenities. There will be no refunds due to failures in shared amenities. Please pay careful attention to the checkin info provided. There will be only one fob provided to all the party on the reservation. Due to building policies, additional fobs cannot be provided.
