This beautiful single-storey house has a large and very bright living room, totally open to the outside and composed as follows:

- a very large fully equipped kitchen; two fridges with freezer, convection oven, microwave, wine cellar, hob, plancha, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, and kitchen utensils, and a dishwasher.
- a large dining area from the kitchen island as well as a large dining table that can accommodate 10 guests.
- a nice living room, with two 4-seater sofas, opening onto the outdoor terrace.
- a beautiful TV area with a large TV equipped with a home cinema sound system, and a large corner sofa to share football evenings or family movies!
- an entrance hall with vestibule, guest toilet and laundry room.

On the night side, the house has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, including 3 en-suite bedrooms with television, composed as follows:
- master bedroom suite, pool view, with double bed 160X200, bathroom with bathtub, dressing room, lounge area and library, separate toilet.
- bedroom suite office, garden view, with double bed 160X200, desk with work computer at your disposal, shower room, dressing room and separate toilet.
- bedroom suite with pool view, with double bed 160X200, shower room with toilet and dressing room.
- bedroom with pool view, with double bed 140X200.

Outside, you would appreciate this magnificent flat and wooded garden, the very beautiful and large swimming pool (open from mid-April to the end of September and heated from May), garden furniture and a very friendly dining area in the shade of the olive tree to share a good barbecue.
Also, you will enjoy a relaxation area with brazier to warm up by the fire in winter.
Finally, a nice secure and closed parking space for at least 4 cars with a charging socket for electric vehicles.

To welcome you in the best conditions, the house is equipped with bed and bath linen as well as a welcome kit.

Details of the linen provided for each room:
- linen for the double bed (fitted sheet, pillowcases, duvet cover)
- one large and small towel per person
- a bath mat

Welcome kit:
- Espresso capsules, tea bags, sugar
- Shampoos, shower gel and solid soap
- Toilet paper rolls
- Sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet and household products

Please note that 4 days before arrival, a deposit will be requested through a secure link. This is a bank imprint that does not result in a debit from your account and does not impact the limit of your credit card either. However, this service is charged at the amount of 1.94% calculated on the amount of the deposit.

Reminder: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside.
Pets are allowed, however their excrement must be picked up.

## Neighborhood
Montanay is a charming village just 15 kilometers north of Lyon. The direct proximity to the village of Neuville-sur-Sôane, located 5 minutes away by car, will allow you to be close to all the local shops that will greatly facilitate your stay. Also the city of Lyon is accessible in only 20 minutes by car.

For golf lovers, the house is located only a few ten minutes from several golf courses:
- The Governor's Estate located in Monthieux => two 18-hole courses
- The Golf du Clou located in Villars-les-Dombes => 1 18-hole course
- The Golf de Mionnay located in Mionnay => 1 18-hole course

For wine lovers, There are many wineries close to the house, including the Beaujolais Valley.

From some points in the village, you can enjoy great views of the Monts d'Or and the Monts du Lyonnais.
You can also explore peaceful hiking trails, perfect for walking or cycling, which will allow you to appreciate the surrounding fields, hills and forests.

Nearby places to visit:
- Miribel-Jonage Park: Less than a 15-minute drive away, this large natural park is a great option for a nature getaway, offering hiking trails, lakes to swim in and green spaces to relax.
- Local markets and local products (in Neuville-sur-Saône): the surrounding villages often offer local markets where you can discover typical Lyon products: cheeses, wines, cold cuts and fresh vegetables. Gastronomy lovers will appreciate these moments to taste and bring back gourmet souvenirs.
- Walk on the Ile Barbe, admire its castle, then go to Jocteur to taste good pastries.
