Welcome to our beach home!

We’re Nico, Andre, and our little girl Alma, and this apartment is our special spot by the sea. We’re offering it to you so you can enjoy a few days of rest, relaxation, and unforgettable sunsets.

Just 10 minutes from the airport, you’ll have access to a quiet beach—perfect for relaxing without the crowds. From the apartment on the 19th floor, you’ll enjoy ocean views and the most magical sunsets you can imagine.

You’ll have access to common areas that include swimming pools, hot tubs, and a restaurant serving excellent food, operated by the renowned Burukuka. Whether you’re coming to rest, explore, or simply let yourself be lulled by the sound of the ocean, here you’ll find everything you need to feel comfortable, relaxed, and welcome.
