    Great location, happy staff, a bit dated and kerb appeal is not great. Rooftop solarium was peaceful.

    The hotel was in a perfect location, close to everything. Didn't use the pool because the sun was covering just half of it most of the time, plus the weather wasn't the best. Roof terrace was always full(but I honestly didn't try to get there early). The crown is over 60's mostly😅 breakfast was typical breakfast, but they have fresh juice and Cava on offer so a plus. Staff were polite and spoke good english. The rooms are a bit dated, but I expected that. Had some tiny tiny ants or something on the floor and abig cocroach in a bathroom ( it didn't scare me because I spend summers in Spain and I know that they are common, and have nothing to woth cleanines), I was just wondering how did it get there as the room was on the 4th floor😅 A rubish basket in the room would be helpful. I didn't expect much seeing the pictures of the hotel so nothing disappointed me. I would choose it again because of the price and lovation.

    We only came for 5 nights & spent every day on & off the toilet both of us . The 1st day the family suite was above the kitchen so listening to trolleys loaded with plates was awful along with the smell of chip fat . Asked for a room change reception told me to come back at 9am the nxt morning I confirmed yes then was told come back at 1.30pm which I did to be told come back in half an hour ! Half of my day wasted . Yes they gave us another room however from that point on staff were not friendly I guess they did not like us complaining. This hotel is more like a 2star no tea & coffee making facilities in your room if you want a kettle & cups it is 8 euro however in a 4 star hotel I would expect to be able to make a cup of tea when I wake up . We will never stay her again & after talking to other guests the majority spent their time on the toilet after eating . Dated & horrible place never again it’s actually put me off adeje after coming for over 10yrs
