Welcome to The Rosebay Getaway, a thoughtfully designed modernized century home located in the heart of Kingsburg, just minutes from iconic Hirtle’s Beach and a short drive to historic Lunenburg.

The bright and airy living room features cozy lounge seating, a Smart TV for streaming, and direct access to the expansive deck perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

This home offers three stylish bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation:
Primary Suite with a plush King bed, soft linens, and calming coastal decor.
Guest Room featuring a cozy Queen bed.
Charming Bunk Room with a modern double bunk bed and cozy bedding—perfect for kids or groups.

Upstairs, unwind in the spa-style bathroom with heated floors, a deep soaker tub, and high-end finishes. A convenient 2-piece bathroom is located on the main floor.
☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
Step out onto the expansive deck where ocean breezes and sunset views await. Enjoy grilling on the BBQ or simply kick back with a glass of wine on the Muskoka chairs facing the ocean. It’s the ultimate coastal escape.
Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, deck, and surrounding yard. Whether you’re staying in or venturing out to explore Nova Scotia’s south shore, you’ll have everything you need for a memorable coastal escape.

☆ All basic cooking utensils provided
Self Check-in between 4pm and 7pm. Our guest communication team are on call until 8pm to ensure your check in goes smoothly.
Our house has a keyless smart lock that will allow you to lock/unlock the front door. We will send you a code prior to your check in.
Enter the code then press the button at the bottom of the keypad and listen for the mechanism to lock or unlock the door.
Absolutely no parties! Parties will result in a fine of 400$ regardless of damages.
Absolutely no smoking indoors. Any trace of smoking indoors will result in a fine of 400$ regardless of damages. If smoking outdoors, please properly dispose of butts.
We have neighbors, and noise complaints will not be tolerated.
We welcome hypoallergic pet`s at the property. Please let us know at the time of booking if any pets will be joining you on your stay. Please make sure dogs are kept on a leash when in shared spaces. We also do not allow pets on the furniture.
Damage Deposit:
A $500 refundable damage deposit will be held on the guest`s payment method at check in. This is a temporary hold (not a charge) and will be released if the property is returned in good condition.

A peaceful location wonderful for solo, couples or groups! Beautiful view of the bay and a 2 minute drive to Rose Bay Bistro, Sand Dollar and Hirtle’s beach. Impeecably clean, two large beds and a bunk bed with a lovely deck and kitchen with full amenities! Hosts were always contactable and welcoming! A must stay! Thank you!

Our family had a lovely stay, plenty of room to spread out. Check in and out was easy and host was in contact if we needed anything.
