This peaceful centrally-located secluded newly remodeled house in the heart of Basalt .Located on 2 acre of land in beautiful Colorado . 2 bedroom 2 bath home has open layout kitchen with living room. Drive 15mins to SnowMass, 20mins to Aspen to ski all 4 resorts. There is lots to do in Basalt from hiking, biking, fishing, mountain climbing and more. Willits Center is about a quarter of a mile for shopping, coffee shop, dining and grocery store.

Beautiful property and location, simple, clean condo, good layout. Unfortunately there was some cigarette smoke that drifted in and music after hours from the tenants on the other side of the door. We contacted the property manager and he put in a call to have them quit. It kept us up a bit, but I would imagine it was addressed for future renters. Stove is a separate induction unit, but has all the basics! Other than that, great spot!
