On the heights of RAYOL, in the cork oak forest, charming house, completely renovated, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6: 2 beds in 160 × 200 and a bed in 180 × 200 with the possibility of separating it into two single beds.
You will be seduced by its calm, sobriety and architectural elegance, its traditional materials of high quality, as well as its light and breathtaking view.
You arrive by a Bormes stone calade and park your car under the shade of a protective canvas.
The entrance is on level 1 which serves, on the right, a bedroom with a designer shower room-WC and on the left, a large bedroom with bathroom-WC in marble tiles.
You go down the stairs and arrive in a large living-dining room area with a through view ( infinity pool on the Golden Islands, south side and patio on the north side).
A designer kitchen opens onto the dining room on one side and the patio on the other, an adjoining pantry with washing machine, dryer, drying room, ironing board, microwave, storage)
A bedroom with shower room and separate toilet, is on the same level.
A terrace protected by a sail hosts an outdoor dining area with a barbecue available.
It is extended by a thick lawn encircling a mirror pool (swimming lane) with infinity on the Golden Islands.
You can also rest and cool off in the shade of hundred-year-old oaks.
For information, the villa is not really suitable for young children's stays given the configuration of the premises and the outdoor spaces.
