House Wera is a semi-detached home spanning 2 floors with a total area of 70 square meters. The first floor features an open, cozy living area with an adjoining garden terrace and a modern built-in kitchen. Next to the living area is a bright bathroom with a shower stall and an infrared sauna.
The Wera House faces south, so you can enjoy the sun all day long on the terrace or balcony.
The upper floor features two spacious bedrooms and a wraparound balcony accessible from both bedrooms.
The master bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable 180 x 200 cm box-spring bed with separate mattresses, as well as a spacious closet and a chair.
The children’s bedroom features two separate box-spring beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm, as well as a chair and a closet.
Televisions are installed in both bedrooms.
The living room is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs. On cold days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. The swivel chair is ideal for this. A comfortable sofa is available for watching the large TV. This sofa can be unfolded into a full-size sleeper sofa with a spring mattress and slatted frame, providing an additional sleeping area measuring 140 x 200 cm. This means an additional person could also stay here. However, please note that the house is originally designed to accommodate 4 people.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove and an oven, a filter coffee maker and a capsule machine (Nespresso capsules), as well as a kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and an immersion blender. A dishwasher is also built into the kitchen. There are plenty of pots, cutlery, dishes, and glasses, etc.
The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. There is also an infrared cabin (not a traditional sauna) and a washing machine.
All rooms are equipped with opaque interior pleated blinds, which can be adjusted in the bedrooms to be completely light-blocking, thereby not only darkening the room completely, but also significantly lower the room temperature in the summer thanks to their sun-blocking function.
Each room also has at least one screen on the windows or patio doors for ventilation.
An outdoor table and chairs are available on the south-facing patio. You can prepare culinary delights on the Weber electric grill, which comes with grilling utensils.
For guests with children, a travel crib with a mattress and a high chair are available. All electrical outlets in House Wera are equipped with child safety covers. For stair safety, you have the option to install stair gates, which are already pre-installed. Please contact the on-site manager if you’d like to use them.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Electric cars/wallbox: 45 cents/kWh. Please note that charging electric vehicles via household outlets is not permitted due to safety concerns and high electricity demand. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately in the event of non-compliance.
