The house is powered largely by solar energy. The cottage has two bedrooms with quality beds and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A combined living room with kitchen. The kitchen has a Tassimo coffee machine, so bring or buying your own capsules. The living room offers a panoramic view of the sparkling Laxsjön. Imagine sitting on the lovely terrace and enjoying the fantastic view of the lake - a perfect place for relaxation and inspiration! If you want to take a dip in Laxsjön, the steps down to the lake are just a few minutes from the cottage. The water has a sandy bottom and is great for children if they can swim. There is no beach. The municipal beach (Kampudden) is only 5 minutes away by car. The terrace is partially covered and has outdoor furniture (4 chairs, 1 table and 2 sun loungers) and a barbecue available from May to mid-October. The area is home to both summer guests and some year-round residents. Parking space next to the house. Please note that each house has its own plot and is privately owned. When walking in the area, do not cross anyone else's plot, but use the streets in the area. Just a short drive away is the charming Baldersnäs Herrgård, nestled in a beautiful park and nature reserve, with hiking trails suitable for the whole family. Here there are opportunities to explore nature and create unforgettable memories together. And if adventure is on the agenda? Dalslands Aktiviteter, Northern Europe's largest adventure center, is only 7.5 km away! With over 60 exciting activities to choose from – for both young and old – there is something for everyone. Don't miss the fascinating aqueduct in Håverud and Dalslands Moose Ranch, just a short drive away.
