The best of both worlds: located a few minutes` walk from the ocean, at the edge of a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, fish taco sports bar, ice cream shop and more!
Nearby convenience: grocery, restaurants.

Quiet neighborhood. Located next to the VFW hall; this is a nice, very low-key buffer from A1A. Please keep your noise level down especially in the evening and at night when the neighbors want to sleep.

Our family spent a week at Richard’s property and couldn’t have been more impressed. The location is ideal—steps from a private beach, a quick walk to local restaurants and shops, and an easy drive to Orlando’s top attractions. Older property but very well maintained and clean. Pool was a great bonus as well as the location to the beaches

A larger group of my extended family stayed at this beach house to catch up and enjoy the beach. The location is the best thing about the house. It's across the road from beach access. It is also a short walk to a sports bar. The heated pool is nice. Nicely furnished. Comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This house unit is the ground floor of a duplex. The owner lives upstairs, but is nowhere to be seen. Very quiet. The whole pool and lanai and propane grill was left to ourselves. It almost like having your own home by the ocean. It's a bargain. We had ten people stay and it was quite comfortable. There's plenty of room. It was very clean and tidy. We had a wonderful vacation.
