Important Notes:
Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM, especially on the rooftop

Fireplaces are decorative only and not for use

Bathtub jets are not functional

House Rules:
Check-In: 4 PM (Early check-in may be available for an added fee)

Check-Out: 10 AM (Late check-out may incur an extra night’s charge)

No parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized guests (violations may incur a fee)

No smoking indoors or on outdoor furniture

Security cameras are present on exterior areas for guest safety

No glitter, confetti, or hair dye (extra cleaning fees apply)

Pet Policy (Dogs Only, Must Be Approved in Advance):
$150 pet fee per approved dog

No cats due to severe allergies

Dogs must be house-trained and crated if left alone

Pets not allowed on beds or furniture

Owners must clean up after their pets indoors and outdoors

All pets will be verified via exterior cameras

Parking
The garage at Yinz Suite Getaway is one car wide and two cars deep. It’s a snug fit, but it can accommodate two standard-sized vehicles or one large SUV or truck. Please note that access to the garage is through the front door of the home, using the interior man door. While you can close the garage using the keypad (just press “Enter”), re-entry must be made through the front door—there is no exterior access to the garage.
Trash
Trash pickup is scheduled for Thursdays. A maintenance crew will access the garage on Wednesday to roll the trash bins out for pickup and return on Friday to bring them back in. The crew will only enter the garage and will not access the interior of the home at any time. This ensures the property stays clean and compliant without disrupting your stay.
