About this apartment rental
The property has been refurbished whilst retaining its traditional Menorcan style, with a practical layout that opens out onto the outdoors.
On entering, you step straight into the spacious living-dining room, fitted with built-in sofas, a fireplace and a table with benches and stools. From this room, you can step out onto the terrace, into the garden and to the pool area through a large window, which lets in plenty of natural light and creates a pleasant sense of space.
Adjacent to the living room is a separate study area, fitted with a long table and chairs, overlooking the garden.
The kitchen is separate, new and fully equipped. It also features a table with chairs, ideal for quick, informal meals, and has a built-in washing machine.
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and storage space for clothes. Two of them have en-suite bathrooms with showers: one with a double bed and direct access to the garden, and another triple bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. The third bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together or kept apart as required. The property also has a third full bathroom, with a bath and shower, located in the hallway and available for general use.
Outside, the house features a spacious garden with a lawn, a private swimming pool and a sun lounger area. The terrace, which is tiled and partially covered, is equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners. There is also a built-in barbecue and a portable one.
There is parking space for one vehicle on the property. The garden is surrounded by greenery, providing privacy and a peaceful setting during your stay.

HOW TO GET AROUND
To get around from Cap d’En Font and explore Menorca’s many coves and places of interest, we recommend having your own vehicle, whether a car or a scooter. This provides greater comfort and flexibility, as well as easy access to beaches and natural spots that are not served by public transport.
If you prefer to use public transport, there are bus routes connecting Mahón and Sant Lluís with Binisafúller, Cap d’En Font and other areas along the south coast. However, services are limited and operate more frequently during the summer months. Timetables may vary depending on the season, so we recommend checking the Mou-t Menorca website for the latest routes and schedules.
