Within walking and biking distance to waterfront restaurants in Port Richey and New Port Richey. Kayaking and fishing available nearby. Lovely relaxing porch for winding down with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Many activities in the Tampa Bay area to enjoy. Located behind and attached to the back of a law office building. So many places to walk to very close by. Downtown New Port Richey and all waterfront restaurants with boat rentals and Kayak rentals. Our host was awesome, thank you Nancy for being so kind and understanding of our situation regarding our delayed flight. She accomodated us by allowing us to extend our stay longer than planned. Your place was well stocked, clean and comfortable.

Small-good for one or two people, very cozy. It had everything you would need including a washer and dryer!
