The neighborhood is conveniently located 40 minutes from both DFW Airport and Love Field Airport, and just 17 miles east of downtown Dallas, near the intersection of Interstate 30 and the President George Bush Turnpike. We absolutely loved staying here! So much that we were looking for houses on Zillow by the end of our trip The location is still only 20 minutes from Dallas but makes you feel like you’re in another world. There are also great dining options within 5 minutes if you don’t feel like going into Dallas. I loved the vibe of the water it was SO peaceful even with three small children. I would stay here again and again! Thank you!

Family friendly, and spacious. The place was decorated beautifully, plenty of beds for large groups. The grill was definitely a hit, but being lakefront has its drawbacks, but nothing can be done being it’s just nature when you are that close to the water. Winter months this place will be amazing as well considering no bugs. Close to freeway making it easy to commute, would stay here again and again.
